整体护理在肾病综合征患者中的应用及效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理在肾病综合征(NS)患者中的应用方法及临床效果。方法:将82例NS患者随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,观察组给予整体护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组护理质量评分、并发症发生率及病情变化情况。结果:观察组护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01);随访3个月,观察组血白蛋白和24 h尿蛋白定量等指标变化均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:整体护理可以明显改善NS患者病情,减少并发症发生,提高护理质量,值得临床推广。Objective： To explore the application method of holistic nursing care in patients with nephrotic syndrome and its clinical effect. Methods： 82 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group（41 cases in each group）. The patients in the observation group were given holistic nursing care and the patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The scores of nursing quality, incidence of complications and the change of patients＇condition were compared between the two groups. Results ： The scores of nursing quality was higher in the observation group than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the change of indexes like blood albumin and 24 - hour urine protein quantification was better in the observation group than the control group according to the follow - up for 3 months （ P 〈 0. 05,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The holistic nursing care can alleviate patient＇s condition, reduce the complications and improve the quality of nursing care.
