摘  要:目的:探讨图表式健康教育指导流程在心内科的应用方法及临床效果。方法:将512例心内科住院患者随机分成对照组和观察组各256例,对照组采用传统口头健康教育方法,观察组采用图表式健康教育指导流程,比较两组出院前健康教育达标情况及出院3个月疾病复发率。结果:两组出院前健康教育达标情况及出院3个月疾病复发率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:图表式健康教育指导流程设计简单、易于执行,宣教效果好,能显著提高患者自我护理能力,减少护士工作量,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To explore the application method of chart type health education instruction procedure in the department of cardi- ology and evaluate its clinical effect. Methods: 512 inpatients in the department of cardiology were randomly divided into control and observation groups (256 eases in each group ). The traditional oral health education method was used in the control group and the chart type health education instruction procedure was adopted in the observation group: The situation of up - to - standard in health education before discharge and the relapse rate of disease 3 months after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the situation of up - to - standard in health education before discharge and the relapse rate of disease 3 months after discharge between the two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : The chart type health education instruction procedure is simple in design, easy to perform and its propaganda effeet is good. It can significantly improve the self - care ability of patients and reduce the workload of nurses.
