琥珀酸美托洛尔联合生脉饮治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨琥珀酸美托洛尔联合生脉饮治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将86例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分入对照组与观察组,给予40例对照组患者常规治疗+琥珀酸美托洛尔,46例观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用琥珀酸美托洛尔联合生脉饮口服。比较两组患者治疗6月后的临床疗效、血压、心率及心脏超声检测指标的改变。结果:治疗后6月,观察组血压及心率与对照组比较无差异显著(P>0.05);观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为91.3%和77.5%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组左室收缩期内径(LVEDs)、左室舒张期内径(LVEDd)显著缩小(P<0.05),左心室射血分数(LVEF)显著增加(P<0.05),与观察组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:琥珀酸美托洛尔联合生脉饮治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭可改善心肌重塑及心功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective： To explore the effect of metoprolol succinate combined with shengmaiyin in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Method： 86 cases with chronic congestive heart failure were ran-domly divided into control group and experiment group. 40 cases of control group were given routine treatment and metoprolol succinate, and 46 cases of experiment group were given metoprolol succinate combined with shengmaiyin based on routine treatment. Clinical effect, blood pressure （ BP ）, heart rate （ HR ） and ul- trasonic testing index were compared between two groups 6 months after treatment. Result： There were no significant difference in BP and HR between experience group and control group after treatment of 6 months （P〉0.05） ;The total effective rate was 91.3% and 77.5% respectively in two groups （P〈0.01） ;LVEDs, LVEDd and LVEF in experience group were superior to that in control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Metoprolol succinate combined with shenmaiyin in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure can improve left ventricular remodeling, cardiac function and life quality.
