椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎骨折不伴有脊髓损伤的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎骨折不伴有脊髓损伤的临床疗效。方法:60例腰椎骨折不伴有骨髓损伤患者均给予弓根螺钉内固定术治疗,观察螺钉固定情况、影像学改变、手术住院时间、随访情况、并发症等各项指标。结果:60例手术均成功,椎弓根螺钉固定良好,伤椎椎体高度恢复良好,伤椎高度无明显丢失,后凸Cobb's角减小,植骨达骨性融合标准。平均手术时间120min,平均住院时间14.7d。术中无大出血,术后无静脉血栓形成和继发脊髓损伤等重大并发症。结论:椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎骨折不伴有脊髓损伤安全,高效,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of lumbar pedicle screw fixation in treatment of vertebral fracture without spinal cord injury. Method： 60 patients of vertebral fracture without spinal cord injury were treated with lumbar pedicle screw fixation, and observed the screw fixation, image changes, surgery, hospitalization, follow-up situation, complications and other indicators. Result： 60 patients crated successfully, the pedicle screw fixation was good, the injury vertebral height restoration was and there＇s no significant loss of vertebral height or kyphosis Cobb＇s angle decreased, the grafting were op- also good meet the bone fusion standard. The mean operative time was 120 min ; the average length of stay time was 14.7 days. There＇s no bleeding, postoperative venous thrombosis and secondary spinal cord injury or other major compli- cations. Condusion： The pedicle screw fixation in treatment of vertebral fracture without spinal cord injury is safe, efficient, and worthy to promote in the clinical practise.
