扁桃体挤切术剥离术及低温等离子消融术临床应用体会

摘　　要：目的:观察三种扁桃体切除术的治疗效果。方法:通过对42例扁桃体挤切术,42例扁桃体剥离术及30例低温等离子消融术摘除扁桃体,对手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、白膜脱落的时间进行两两比较。结果:扁桃体挤切术手术时间少于传统的剥离组和等离子组,差别有统计学意义。等离子组术中出血量少于挤切组及剥离组。术后创面疼痛等离子组轻于挤切组和剥离组。结论:挤切组手术时间短,创伤小,经济,仍是一种值得推广的扁桃体手术.低温等离子术中出血少,术后疼痛轻是其优势,但费用高。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of three approaches for tonsillectomy. Method： 42 cases were performed with tonsillectomy by guillotine ,42 cases with tonsillectomy by dissection, and 30 ca- ses with plasm radiofrequency at low temperature plasma, the duration of operation and blood loss, mops score, tunica albuginea exfoliating were compared respectively. Result： Method of tonsillectomy guillotine op- eration time and tunica albuginea exfoliating time less than traditional tonsillectomy and low temperature-con- trolled plasma radio-frequency. The difference was statistically significant. The application of low temperature -controlled plasma radio-frequency has the advantage of less blood loss, Significantly reduce the postopera- tive pain. Conclusion ： Method of tonsillectomy guillotine has the advantage of short operation time, less trau- ma,costs less, is still a kind of worth extending tonsillectomy. Low-temperature plasma knife tonsillectomy has the advantages such as less blood loss, little postoperative pain,etc. Thus has a prospective future in clinical application , but the high cost of surgery.
