摘　　要：目的通过探讨老年股骨颈骨折合并帕金森病病人术前、术后的生存质量及影响健康的因素,防止骨折和老年并发症的发生,最大限度的提高老年患者的生存质量和自理能力。方法 17例老年股骨颈骨折合并帕金森病病人均采用手术治疗方法和专科治疗帕金森病的治疗,使患者及家属能积极的配合治疗和护理。结果 17例老年股骨颈骨折合并帕金森病病人均按计划进行手术治疗,同时配合主动与被动功能锻炼的指导,无任何护理并发症的发生。结论针对病人手术治疗的不同,医护人员根据病人不同时期的护理问题和心理变化采取积极地心理护理和分析,对老年股骨颈骨折合并帕金森病的病人治疗和康复起着重要的积极作用,提高了护理质量,增加了病人的满意度。Objective By exploring the femoral neck fracture associated with Parkinson＇s disease patients, preoperative, postopera- tive quality of life and factors affecting health, to prevent the occurrence of fractures and old age complications, and improve the quality of life and self-care ability of elderly patients.Methods 17 eases of femoral neck fracture associated with Parkinson＇s dis- ease patients dealed with surgery and specialist treatment of Parkinson＇s disease treatment, patients and their families actively co- operate with the treatment and care. Results 17 cases of femoral neck fracture associated with Parkinson＇s disease patients get the surgical treatment, in conjunction with the guidance of active and passive functional exercise, without any care the incidence of complications.Conclusion For the different surgery, health care workers provide positive psychological care to the patients in dif- ferent periods and psychological characteristics which play an important positive role to the treatment and rehabilitation of the pa- tients with Parkinson＇s disease, improve the quality of care and increase patient satisfaction.
