保留生育功能的根治性宫颈切除术9例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析9例早期宫颈癌患者保留生育功能的根治性宫颈切除术的疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2011年5月我院9例早期宫颈癌患者实施根治性宫颈切除术后的效果及随访情况。结果 9例手术患者均获成功,术后月经正常,随访均未发现复发及转移病灶。有1例患者术后5个月妊娠1次。结论早期宫颈癌患者实施根治性宫颈切除术及盆腔淋巴结清扫术以保留患者的生育功能是可行的。Objective To analyze the effect of radical trachelectomy on 9 patients with early--stage cervical cancer who desired to preserve fertility. Methods The data resulting from 9 cases which had early stage cervical cancer and were undergone radical tra- chelectomy from Jan.2008 To May.2011 was analyzed retrospectively. Results 9surgery patients are successful. There was normal menstrual function and no recurrence or tumor metastasis at a mean follow--up. One patient had pregnancy after five months. Conclusion The treatment of radical traehelectomy was feasibl for patients who with early stage cervical cancer desired to preserve fertility.
