摘 要:目的研究了药用植物阳春砂的花芽分化规律。方法对阳春砂根状茎网络进行分级,测量根状茎长度,并统计根状茎节数和花芽数量。结果花芽在各级根状茎的6~10节上均有分化,但主要分化于第7、8、9节上,其中第7节上花芽最多。不同阳春砂品种根状茎网络内花芽数、节数以及两者之比存在不同程度的差别。结论单级根状茎节的数量是一个品种特征。花芽与单级根状茎节数的比值可以作为衡量阳春砂花芽分化率高低的指标,明确了阳春砂花芽分化的规律。ObJective To study the differentiation rule of Amomum villosum Lour floral bud. Methods The stolon network of Amomum villosum Lour was classified into a few grades. The stolon length was measured. The stolon node and floral bud numbers were calculated. Results Flowers distributed from 6th to 10th nodes of stolon, but mainly on the 7th, 8th, and 9th nodes. The 7th node was the most favorable position for flower differentiation. There were differences among the three breeds in floral bud numbers, node numbers and the ratio. Conclusions The node number within a grade of stolon network is a breed characteristic. The ratio is an indicator for the extent of floral bud differentiation and clear the differentiation rule of Amomum villosum Lour.
