RF内固定系统联合椎间植骨融合器治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用后路椎板减压，RF内固定系统联合椎问融合器行椎间融合术治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的临床效果。方法从2006年6月至2011年5月对26例退行性腰椎滑脱症的患者行后路椎板减压，RF内固定系统联合椎间融合器行椎间融合术治疗。结果随访6至36个月，平均22个月。26例中，优18例，良6例，可2例，总优良率为92％。10例1度滑脱均获得完全复位，复位率100％；16例Ⅱ度滑脱中，有10例完全复位，4例接近正常，2例留有1度滑脱，复位率90％。脊柱融合率为77％。结论RF内固定系统联合椎间融合器行椎问融合术治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症疗效满意，脊柱融合率高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of posterior decompressive laminectomy and RF fixation combined with intervertebral fusion device for degenerative lumbar olisthe. Methods From June 2006 to May 2011, posterior decompressive laminectomy and RF fixation combined with interbody fusion with CAGE were performed on 26 patients with degenerative lumbar olisthe. Results During follow-ups of 6-36 months （ Median 22 months ）, 18 of 26 patients had excellent outcomes, 6 had better outcomes, and 2 had moderate outcomes, with an overall satisfaction rate of 92%. I° lumbar olisthe was completely restored in all the 10 patients, with a restoration rate of 100%. 10 of 16 patients with II° olisthy were completely recovered, 4 were nearly recovered, and 2 remained I° olisthy, with a satisfaction rate of 90% and a rate of lumbar infusion of 77%. Conclusions RF fixation combined with interbody fusion with CAGE has a satisfied therapeutic effect in the treatment of degenerative lumbar olisthe.
