摘 要:目的观察香莲外洗液对念珠菌葡萄糖消耗的影响,探讨香莲外洗液对念珠菌生长的抑制情况。方法应用微量肉汤稀释法测定不同药液浓度香莲外洗液和氟康唑对3种念珠菌标准菌株ATCC22019、ATCC6258和耐药SC5314的葡萄糖消耗,以确定香莲外洗液对念珠菌生长的抑制作用。结果香莲外洗液在药浓度≥0.98mg/ml时能大大降低这3种菌株对葡萄糖的消耗,作用效能较为一致;氟康唑药浓度分别在4μg/ml、32μg/ml时ATCC22019和ATCC6258对葡萄糖消耗明显降低,而氟康唑药浓度在128μg/ml时SC5314葡萄糖消耗不降低。结论香莲外洗液在药浓度≥0.98mg/ml时念珠菌的葡萄糖消耗大大降低,并对对氟康唑天然耐药的ATCC6258和耐药SC5314念珠菌生长都有良好的抑制作用,有助于对临床难治念珠菌病的治疗。Objective To observe the effect of Xianglian solution to glucose utilization of candida, and study the inhibition effect of Xianglian solution to candida. Methods We determined glucose utilization of three candida isolates effected by different density of Xianglian solution and fluconazol, to identify the inhibition effect of Xianglian solution to candidas.The three candida isolates included type strains ATCC22019, ATCC6258 and SC5314 which were resistive to antifungal drugs.Results Xianglian solution (density≥0.98 mg/ml) cut down glucose utilization of three isolates visibly, and activity was almost similar. Fluconazol cut down glucose utilization of type strains ATCC22019 and ATCC6258(density was 4 μg/ml and 32 μ g/ml respectively). And fluconazol (density 128 μ g/ml) didn't cut down glucose utilization of type strain SC5314. Conclusions Xianglian solution (density≥0.98mg/ml) can cut down glucose utilization of three isolates visibly, and display obvious inhibition effect to ATCC6258 and SC5314 which are resistive to fluconazol, Xianglian solution is helpful for treatment of intractable mycosis.
