关节腔内注射参麦针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎合并糖尿病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节腔内注射参麦针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎合并糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将膝关节骨性关节炎合并糖尿病患者60例，随机分为试验组和对照组各30例，试验组采用膝关节腔内注射参麦针，对照组采用常规口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片，比较两组的临床疗效。结果试验组30例：临床控制12例，显效13例，有效3例，有效率93．3％；对照组30例：临床控制8例，显效7例，有效6例，有效率70．0％。两组对比差异有显著性沪〈0．05）。结论关节腔内注射参麦针治疗膝关节骨I生关节炎合并糖尿病具有治疗效果好、见效快、费用低、并发症少等优点，但在治疗中需注意伤口护理及昏针等并发症的处理。ObJective To evaluate the nursing methods and therapeutic outcome of articular cavity injection Shenmai for osteoarthritis of knee joint （OA） combined with diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 patients with OA combined with diabetes mellitus were divided into the treatment group and control group. Treatment group included 30 patients treated with shenmai articular cavity inJection. Control group included 30 patients treated with Glucosamine sulfate tablets orally. Results A comparison of the therapeutic outcomes between control group and treatment group was made. Immediate relief from clinical symptoms was obtained in all treated patients. Clinical control were 12 cases, clinical effect were 13 cases. There were 3 effective cases. The effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group. Clinical control were 8 cases, clinical effect were 7 cases, they were 6 effective cases. The effective rate was 70.0% in control group. Conclusion The methods of articular cavity injection Shenmai for OA combined with diabetes mellitus is good, fast, cheap, and has fewer complications. It should be cautious of wound care and acupuncture syncope.
