摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜辅助治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法 2008年6月～2011年5月我院收治41例胫骨平台骨折患者,其中按Schatzker分型:Ⅰ型10例,Ⅱ型19例,Ⅲ型10例,Ⅳ型2例,均在关节镜监视下行有限切开复位内固定术。结果本组41例患者均获得随访,随访时间7～35个月,平均13.7个月,经X线片证实均临床愈合,愈合时间3～7个月,均无严重并发症发生。疗效评定根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分标准,优29例(70.7%),良9例(23%),可3例(7.3),优良率为92.7%。结论关节镜辅助治疗胫骨平台骨折具有微创、骨折愈合快、功能恢复好、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of tibial plateau fracture under arthroscope. Methods 41 cases with tibial plateau fracture from June 2008 to March 2011 were analyzed,according to the classification of Schatzker,10 cases were classified as type I ,19 cases type I1,10 cases type III,2 cases type IV. All the fractures were reduced and fixed under arthroscope. Re- sults All the cases were followed up for 7~35 months （mean 13.7 months）. The X-ray findings showed bone union in 3-7 months. There was on serious complication performed. According to the Rasmussen standard for knee function, 29 cases were excellent （70.7%）,9 cases were good（23%）,3 cases were fair（7.3%）,the excellent and good rate was 92.7%. Conclusion The treatment of tibial plateau fracture under arthroscope has the advantages of microinvasion, shorter recovery time and less complications,it is worthy of clinical apphcation.
