不同胰岛素给药方法对糖尿病治疗的疗效差异分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析糖尿病患者在治疗过程中不同胰岛素给药方法的临床效果。方法选取我院于2010年2月～2010年11月收治的67例糖尿病患者的临床资料,将其分为两组;观察两组患者的血糖、尿糖、β-一羟丁酸及尿酮等各项指标的变化。结果两组患者在经过治疗后β-一羟丁酸的数值均下降至正常值,但是治疗组患者的治疗时间与对照组相比较短,对比P<0.01,有显著统计学意义。在尿酮转阴时间对比,治疗组患者也明显低于对照组患者,对比P<0.01,有显著统计学意义。结论对于糖尿病患者来说,胰岛素泵皮下注射胰岛素是一种安全有效的治疗方法,值得推广。Objective Research analysis of diabetic patients during treatment with different insulin delivery methods for clinical effect. Methods Selected in our hospital in 2010 February to 2010 November treated 67 cases of diabetic patients with the clinical data, which can be divided into two groups; two groups were observed in patients with blood glucose, urine glucose, beta - hydroxybutyrate and ketone in urine and other indicators of change. Results Two groups of patients after treatment of beta - hydroxybutyric acid value were decreased to normal values, but the treatment group patients compared with control group, treatment time is short, in contrast to（P〈0.01 ）, with statistical significance. In urine ketone clearance time contrast, patients in the treatment group were also significantly lower than the control group patients, in contrast to （P〈0.01）, with statistical significance. Conclusion For those with diabetes, insulin pump and subcutaneous injection of insulin is a safe and effective treatment method, is worth popularizing.
