摘 要:以10个水稻光温敏核不育系为材料,设置6个赤毒素(GA3)用量处理,研究了不同不育系抽穗相关性状对赤霉素的响应。结果表明,不同不育系之间穗粒外露度及其相关性状存在显著差异,在自然状态下包颈度较轻、穗粒外露度较高的不育系,喷施GA3后相对更容易解除包颈,穗粒外露度也较高。就穗粒外露度和包颈度而言,对GA3的敏感度以C815S最大,GD-1S最小,而在其它不育系之间的差异相对较小。穗粒外露度与顶1节间长呈极显著正相关,与包颈长和包颈度呈极显著负相关,在不育系选育过程中,可将包颈轻、顶1节间较长作为选择指标。Using 10 PTGMS lines in rice as materials, the response of heading related traits to exogenous gibberellic acid (GA3 ) in different rice PTGMS lines was studied with six GA3 dosage(0 -450 g/hm2) treatments. The results showed that there was a significant difference for panicle exsertion degree (PED) and its related traits among differ- ent PTGMS lines. The PTGMS lines with a lower panicle length enclosure rate(PLER) and a higher panicle exser- tion degree(PED) under natural conditions (without GA3 spraying) were easier to relieve panicle enclosure and had a higher PED by spraying GA3. In regard to PED and PLER, C815S and GD-1S had the highest and lowest GA3 sensitivity, respectively, and the difference of GA3 sensitivity among the other tested PTGMS lines was relative- ly small. It was also found that PED was significantly and positively correlated with uppermost intemode length (UIL) but negatively correlated with PLER and panicle length in sheath(PLIS). Therefore, light panicle enclosure and relatively long uppermost internode can be used as indices for selection in breeding of PTGMS lines.
