摘  要:采用开炼机直接熔混工艺,以聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)为基体树脂,以经KH560处理的有机蒙脱土(DK2)为填料,制备了PBS/DK2纳米复合材料。结果表明,PBS/DK2复合材料为剥离型或部分剥离型纳米复合材料;与纯PBS相比,PBS/DK2的断裂伸长率提高明显,最高提高了210%,而拉伸强度变化不大。当KH560与DK2的质量比为0.03时,DK2质量分数为2%的复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的综合性能较好。PBS/DK2的热初始分解温度较纯PBS变化明显,当KH560与DK2的质量比为0.04时,DK2质量分数为2%的PBS/DK2复合材料的热初始分解温度提高20℃左右。With poly ( butylene succinate ) ( PBS ) as the resin and KH560-treated organic montmorillonite ( DK2 ) as the filler, PBS / DK2 nanocomposites were prepared by means of melt-blending with open mill mixing. The results showed that the PBS /DK2 composite composed with exfoliative or partially exfoliative montmorillonite was nanocomposite. Relative to pure PBS, the elongation at break of the PBS/DK2 composite was improved significantly ( up to 210% ), while the tensile strength did not change obviously. While the ratio of KH560 to DK2 was 0.03 and the mass fraction of DK2 was 2%, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite were the best. The initial thermal decomposition temperature of PBS/DK2 changed significantly compared with pure PBS. When the ratio of KH560 to DK2 was 0.04 and the mass fraction of DK2 was 2%, the initial thermal decomposition temperature increased by 20 ℃.
