摘  要:分别采用直接酯化法和酯交换法,合成具有完全生物降解的聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)树脂。从催化剂用量、聚合温度、聚合速率等方面比较了两种聚合工艺的异同,并通过凝胶色谱、红外光谱、核磁共振以及热性能分析了两种PBS树脂的结构与性能。结果表明,两种聚合方法得到的PBS树脂在结构和性能上基本一致,与直接酯化法相比,酯交换法的聚合温度更低,聚合速度更快,同时其PBS树脂的相对分子量更高,颜色也更白,从聚合角度来说,酯交换法具有一定的优势。Biodegradable polybutylene succinate (PBS) was synthesized by direct esterification reaction from 1,4-butanediol and succinic acid and transesterification reaction from 1,4-butanediol and dimethyl succinate. The difference and similarities of the two polymerization technologies were compared from the aspects of catalyst content, polymerization temperature and polymerization rate. The structures and properties of the two PBS resins were analyzed by GPC, 1H NMR, FTIR and thermal analysis. The results indicated that the structures and properties of the two PBS resins were similar. Comparing with the direct esterification reaction, the polymerization temperature of transesterification reaction was lower and the polymerization rate was faster. Meanwhile, the relative molecular weight of PBS resin synthesized by transesterification reaction was higher and the color of the resin was whiter. From polymerization perspective, the transesterification reaction had certain advantages.
