摘  要:根据提出的热孔计法表征水泥基材料孔结构方法及其热力学计算模型,研究了测试过程密封性、样品质量、升降温速率等因素对热孔计法测试水泥基材料试验结果的重现性、分辨率或精确性的影响,并比较了热孔计法与氮吸附法两种测试结果的异同。结果表明:当所取样品质量在30mg以上,测试速率控制为1℃/min时,热孔计法降温阶段的测试结果可用于表征水泥基材料孔结构,且与氮吸附测试结果相近。确定了热孔计法测定水泥基材料孔结构的基本测试参数。The effects of factors (i.e., sample mass, heating and cooling rates) on the recurrence, resolution or accuracy of theor-moporometry (TPM) experimental results were investigated via the proposed theoretical calculation model and TPM method for the characterization of pore structure of cement-based material. The results obtained by TPM were compared to the results tested by nitrogen adsorption method (NAD). It was indicated that the results by TPM during cooling period could be used to characterize the pore structure of cement-based materials when the sample quality was 〉 30 mg and the cooling testing rate was 1 ℃/min, which were similar to the results by NAD. The basic parameters of TPM were also determined.
