摘 要:基于悬臂梁弯曲原理对薄板木质材料应力松弛特性进行研究,并通过试验证明该检测方法的可行性。结果表明:应力值的衰减幅度先快后慢,测试2h即可得到较为理想的应力松弛现象。高密度板和刨花板的应力松弛曲线比较平滑,中密度纤维板的应力松弛曲线平滑度略差,木塑板的应力松弛曲线能看到明显波纹。应力松弛系数m能直观地反映应力松弛曲线的衰减程度:m值越大,应力松弛曲线衰减越严重。This paper aims to study the stress relaxation properties of thin wood composites based on the theory of cantilever-beam bending.According to the stress relaxation tests,we found that this detection method was feasible.From the stress graph and test data of stress relaxation properties,it was found that the attenuation extent of stress was fast at the beginning,but slow aftenwards.After 2 hours test,we can get an ideal stress relaxation.The test waves of the high-density fiberboard and the particle board were smoother,the test stress of the medium density fiberboard was slightly worse.Besides,obvious ripple was found from the test stress curve of wood fiber plastic.The relaxation coefficient m can reflect the attenuation extent of stress directly,the bigger the value of m was,the more serious the stress decay was.
