安阳农村区域经济水平对人群长寿水平的影响初探

摘　　要：目的探讨区域经济发展水平对农村人群长寿水平的影响。方法利用安阳市各级老龄工作机构提供的2008年全市3982名长寿老人(≥90岁)名录,调查员入户调查复核出生日期;利用2000年第五次全国人口普查资料和安阳市年度统计年鉴,获取安阳市长寿老人年龄结构及各县市分布状况,2000年和2008年全市各县市、乡镇国内生产总值、人均生产总值及农民人均纯收入数据,分析区域经济发展水平与农村人群长寿水平的相关性。结果分别对照分析安阳市各市县2000年和2008年的生产总值、人均国内生产总值、农民人均纯收入与≥90岁老人数占人口总数比之间的Pearson相关系数及检验值(P值),P>0.05,无统计学意义;对照分析各县市2008年度人均生产总值与90岁及以上老人数占人口总数比之间的Pearson相关系数及检验值(P值),P<0.01,有统计学意义。对照分析安阳市92个乡镇农民2008年人均纯收入与≥90岁老人数人口总数比之间的Pearson相关系数及检验值(P值)P<0.01,呈负相关。分别对照分析2000-2008年国内生产总值增长率、人均国内生产总值增长率、农民人均纯收入增长率与≥90岁老人数占人口总数比均呈正相关,但P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论经济因素是社会因素中对健康长寿产生影响的重要因素已有定论。但是本文资料表明,时期横断面县域经济水平对人群寿命水平影响的作用尚未显现,县域经济水平与长寿水平2000-2008年增长率的对照分析虽然显示出了相关性,但没有统计学意义,提示虽然区域中长期经济发展和农民生活水平的提高对于提高人群寿命具有一定的促进作用,但促进效果微乎其微。因而,安阳市各县市区(乡镇)较低水平的人群长寿率依然是自然长寿现象。Object Discusses the influence of the countryside region economical level searches to the crowd longevity level. Method Using the name list of Anyang city 3982 long-lived people （ 〉/90 year old） in 2008, the investigator receive right of the date of birth. Using 2000 the fifth national census material and the Anyang year statistics yearbook, gained the Anyang long-lived person age structure and various counties city distribution condition, in 2000 and 2008 the whole city various counties city, villages and towns GDP, the average per person total output value and the farmer average per person net income data, analyzed the region e- conomy level of development and the countryside crowd longevity level relevance. Result The distinction check analysis Anyang various cities county in 2000 and 2008 total output value, the per capital GDP, the farmer average per person net income accounted for the gross population with I〉 90 the year old population compared to the between Pearson correlation coefficient and the examina- tion value, P〉0.05.The check analysis various counties city 2008 year average per person total output value with 90 year old of and above the old population accounts for the gross population compared to the between Pearson correlation coefficient and the examina- tion value, P〈0.01.
