摘　　要：目的分析2007-2011年信阳市流行性乙型脑炎的流行病学特征,为预防和控制乙脑提供依据。方法通过描述性流行病学方法分析2007-2011年信阳市乙脑发病的流行病学特点及影响因素,采用ELISA方法检测病例血液乙脑病毒IgM抗体。结果 2007-2011年信阳市累计报告583例乙脑病例,年均发病率为1.79/10万;累计报告死亡13人,;年均病死率为2.23%,病例主要集中在息县、固始县和淮滨县,三县共报告乙脑病例347例,占全市总病例的59.57%;病例主要分布在6～9月,7～8月为发病高峰;发病年龄以15岁以下儿童为主,占97.08%,其中散居儿童占65.18%,学生占27.79%。结论在乙脑的流行季节,加强乙脑病例监测,落实高发地区15岁以下儿童的免疫接种、防蚊灭蚊为主的综合防治措施是降低信阳市乙脑发病的关键。Objective To analyze the epidemi＇ological characteristics of Japanese Encephalitis in 2007-2011 in Xinyang city and provide data for prevention and control strategy. Methods Epidemiological characteristics and related factors of Japanese Encephalitis cases in XinYang form 2007-2011 were analyzed with descriptive epidemiological method and Japanese Encephalitis IgM antibodies of the serum were detected by ELISA. Results From 2007 to 2011, a total of 583 cases of Japanese Encephalitis and 13 dead cases occurred in Xinyang. The annual average morbidity and fatality rate are 1.79 / 100.000 and 2.23 %. 347 cases were ac- counted in XiXian, Gushi and Huaibin. It was accounted for 59.57 % of total of the cases. Season distribution is from June to September and high peak period is from July to August, Cases of children age 〈15 account for 97.08 %. Children of decentralization resident population account for 65.18 % an students account for 27.79 %. Conclusion In Japanese Encephalitis popular season, strengthen the monitoring Japanese Encephalitis cases, improving the rate of Japanese Encephalitis vaccination especially the chil- dren age 〈15. is the most important measures to reduce the incidence of Japanese Encephalitis in Xinyang.
