摘　　要：目的建立HPLC测定人血浆中盐酸氨溴索含量的方法。方法选用Diamonsil-C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.01 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.0)-四氢呋喃(700∶320∶25,v/v/v),流速:1.2 ml/min,检测波长:242 nm,柱温:室温。结果该方法低、中、高3种浓度的提取回收率为88.2%～104.8%,日内、日间相对标准差为2.7%～5.3%(n=6),在10.2～610.8 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好。结论本法简便、灵敏、专属性强,能满足含量测定及体内药代动力学研究的需要。Objective To develop a fast reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography assay method for the determi- nation of ambroxol hydrochloride. Methods A Diamonsil-C18 （200 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm） column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.01 mol/L PBS （ pH 7.0） -THF （ 700 ： 320 ： 25, v/v/v）. Detection wavelength was 242 nm. Results A good linear rela- tionship was obtained in the concentration range of 10.2 - 610.8 ng/ml. The average recovery of this method was 88.2% - 104.8% . The RSD of within-day and between-day were all less than 15% . Conclusion The method was simple,rapid and accurate. The result showed that the method was suitable for the determination of ambroxol hvdrochloride.
