摘　　要：文章通过三人谈的形式对图书馆发展中产生的一些管理思想从文化层面作了深刻的剖析,对图书馆现代化、20世纪八十年代图书馆管理思想的发展、20世纪九十年代图书馆管理思想的发展、新世纪10年图书馆管理思想的发展、影响图书馆管理思想的社会因素(政治、经济、文化、科技)、价值视野的公平与效率、文化视野的技术、制度与人文等问题展开深层思考。By the form of an interview with three scholars, this paper tries to analyzes the library management thoughts produced in the library development at cultural levels and gives serious consideration on the libraries modernization, the development of library manage- ment thoughts in the 1980s, in the 1990s and in the decade of the new century, the social factors effecting library management thoughts, such as politics, economics, culture and technology, equity and efficiency of value vision and the technology, system and hu- man of culture vision. 2 refs.
