摘　　要：本论文详细介绍了卸料小车控制系统的设计原理、硬件选型和软件控制逻辑。并对活动标尺与PLC的自由口通信、高速计数器初始化和计数值的刷新、小车上S7-200PLC与中控室S7-400冗余PLC的以太网通信也做了详细的阐述。This paper introduces the design principle, selection of hardware and the software control logic of discharging car control system in detail. Moreover, it also describes following aspects in detail, the realization of high speed active scale and PLC the initialization of high speed counter, the refreshment of counter value, the Ethenet.
