摘 要:以厨余垃圾和垃圾渗滤液为原料,考察了垃圾渗滤液的不同添加量对厌氧消化稳定性及产氢气性能的影响。结果表明,在厨余垃圾中添加少量的垃圾渗滤液能缩短厌氧消化的延滞期而不影响其消化及产气性能,垃圾渗滤液浓度越高则越容易形成氨抑制,严重影响厌氧消化作用的进行。在40g厨余原料中添加100g垃圾渗滤液,其厌氧消化延滞期为6h,氢气含量稳定在50%,最大产氢气速率为4.8mL/(h·g),最终氢气产量为48.37mug;添加200-500g垃圾渗滤液均形成氨抑制,严重影响产气性能,产气速率均低于2.5mL(h·g),最终产气量为16-30mug。Using kitchen waste and landfill leachate as anaerobic fermentation materials,influences of feedstock proportion on stability of anaerobic fermentation and performance of hydrogen production were investigated. Experimental results showed that low proportion of landfill leachate can reduce the delay time and have not influence on the stability of anaerobic fermentation.The ammonia inhibition was easy to form when the proportion of landfill leachate increase gradually. The 100 g landfill leachate was added to 40 g kitchen waste, the delay time was 6 hours, hydrogen contents was kept at 50%, the maximum hydrogen production rate was 4.8 mL/(h.g),the final hydrogen production was 48.37 mL/g. The higher proportion could not realize effective hydrogen production due to the inhibition of ammonia. The hydrogen production rates were lower than 2.5 mL/(h-g) and the final hydrogen productions were 16-30 mL/g.
