摘　　要：黑龙江省作为中国东北方的农业大省,农村所占比例较大。随着农村经济的快速增长,所产生的垃圾也逐年增多,加之基础设施建设薄弱,缺乏成熟的垃圾处理技术,农村的垃圾问题已经成为我省"农村环境连片整治"必须要解决的一个重点问题。Rural areas account for a large portion of Heilongjiang Province, which is a major agricultural province in northeastern China. The amount of wastes generated in rural areas climbed year by year with the rapid development of economy. The problem of waste in rural areas has become crucial for the project of environmental management in rural areas with current weak infrastructure and immature waste treatment technology.
