摘　　要：城市低碳经济的发展面临技术、资金等难题,财税金融的发展给低碳经济解决资金瓶颈提供借鉴,通过分析我国城市低碳经济发展现状,选择相适应低碳财税金融工具,针对性建议推动城市低碳经济发展。Development of low carbon economy encounters many difficulties such as technology and capital. Finance and tax measures provide reference for solving capital bottleneck to help the development of low carbon economy. Through ana- lyzing China＇s present situation of urban low carbon economy, appropriate tax and financial instruments were chosen to pro- mote the development of urban low carbon economy.
