软件产业集群创新网络运行效率评价

摘　　要：利用效率评价的工具数据包络分析(DEA)方法对我国软件产业集群创新网络的运行效率进行评价,选定15个省市的软件产业集群创新网络作为样本,结果显示,在所评价的15个省市中,有10个达到了DEA有效,而其余5个,则落入非DEA有效的区间,进一步对上述5个非DEA有效决策单元进行投影分析,确定其改进方向和目标。This paper uses DEA, a powerful efficiency evaluation tool, to research the operational efficiency of the inno- vation networks in the Chinese software industry cluster, and the paper selects 15 provinces and cities＂ software industry cluster as samples. The result shows that, among these 15 provinces and cities, 10 of them are DEA effective, while the other 5 are non - DEA effective. This paper then does further projection analysis on these 5 DMU, and fixes the direc- tions and goals of their improvement.
