摘　　要：采用实证与理论分析相结合的研究方式,运用适者生存法对中国服务外包产业是否具备规模经济效应作出合理分析与判断,并结合分析结果,对中国服务外包产业存在的问题进行重点概述,以期对产业未来的走向给出一定的启示。The essay adopts a combination of empirical research and theoretic analysis to reasonably analyze scale econo- mies effects of Chinese service outsourcing industry and make sound judgments on the basis of the rule of survival of the fittest. Furthermore, in accordance with the conclusion, it gives main attention to the problems emerging from service outsourcing industry in order to offer some inspirations about the future of outsourcing industry.
