卓越计划“3＋1”模式下的课外专业教育体系

摘　　要："3+1"是本科层次卓越工程师教育培养试点专业所普遍采用的模式。如何在该模式下发挥课外专业教育的功效,构建适应卓越工程师教育培养目标的课外专业教育体系,促进学生的专业发展,本文在阐述强化课外专业教育建设的必要性与基本思路之后,给出了以网络工程专业为例的建设方案;该方案突出了以人才培养目标为立足点、以学生为主体、以教师为主导、以学生专业社团为载体的建设理念与思路,并给出了实施效果评价,对同类院校或相近专业的试点有较强的可借鉴性。＂3＋1＂ is the mode widely used in undergraduate courses of training outstanding engineers. How can an extracurricular education system be constructed in accordance with the goals of excellent engineers training in order to promote students＇ professional development？ This paper expounds the neces＇ Sity and basic thoughts of strengthening the construction of extracurricular professional education and puts forward the construction plan of network engineering. The plan highlights the construction ideas of taking the talents training target as foothold, taking the student as the main body, the teachers as the leading role and students＇ professional community as the carrier. Additionally, it puts forward the implementation evaluation which may provide reference for colleges and related professional pilots.
