社区康复指导对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨社区康复指导对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响。方法收集社区脑卒中患者120入组研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组60例患者予以康复指导,而对照组60例患者不加干预,连续观察随访半年,比较两组患者神经功能缺损情况、运动功能情况、日常生活活动能力情况以及生活质量指数,并进行统计学分析。结果经社区康复指导的观察组患者神经功能缺损明显低于不加干预的对照组,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);而观察组患者运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力评分以及生活质量指数均明显高于对照组,两组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论社区康复指导有助于脑卒中患者自主能力的恢复,提高生活质量,促进疾病早日康复,临床值得进一步推广实施。Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation guidance in community on living quality of stroke patients. Methods One hundred and twenty stroke patients in community were enrolled in this study, they were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in observa- tion group were given with rehabilitation guidance, while 60 patients in control group were no any intervention, they were continuously followed - up for six months, then their neurological impairment, situation of motor function, condition of activities of daily living and index of living quality were compared and statistically analyzed. Results The neurological impairment in patients of observation group after guidance with community - based rehabilitation was significantly lower than that of patients in control group, their difference was statistically significant compared between these two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; motor scores, activities of daily living ability scores and quality of life index in patients of observation group were significantly higher than those of patients in control group, and their difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Rehabilita- tion guidance in community can help the recovery of autonomy and improve the quality of life and early recovery of the disease in stroke patients, hence it is worthy to be further recommended for implementation.
