摘 要:为了研究玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料性能的影响,对不同玄武岩纤维掺量下的纤维沥青胶浆进行锥入度、软化点、延度、弹性恢复和表观粘度试验,考察玄武岩纤维掺量及温度对纤维沥青胶浆性能的影响,同时分析纤维沥青胶浆的作用机理。试验结果表明,玄武岩纤维的加入可增加沥青混合料中结构沥青的比例,提高集料表面沥青膜的厚度,改善沥青胶浆的高、低温性能及疲劳性能,从而增强路面的耐久性。玄武岩纤维的加入降低了纤维沥青胶浆的锥入度,提高了纤维沥青胶浆的软化点、弹性恢复和表观粘度。由不同玄武岩纤维掺量下沥青胶浆的延度试验和表观粘度试验可知,过量加入纤维会影响混合料的应变性能和工作性。In order to research the influence of basalt fiber on properties of asphalt mixture, the tests of penetration, softening point, ductility, elastic recovery and apparent viscosity for the basalt fiber-reinforced asphalt mastic with different basalt fiber levels; were carried out. The influence of proportion of basalt fiber and temperature on property of asphalt mastic was investigated, and the mechanism of action of fiberreinforced asphalt mastic was analyzed. The test result indicates that (1) basalt fiber can increase the proportion of texture asphah in asphalt mixture and thicken asphalt membrane on aggregate surface, improve the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mastic and durability of asphalt pavement; (2) basalt fiber can decrease the penetration fiber-reinforced asphalt mastic, advance the softening point, the elastic recovery and the apparent viscosity of fiber-reinforced asphalt mastic. By the test results of ductility and the apparent viscosity of basalt fiber-reinforced asphalt mastic with different contents of basalt fiber knowable, the strain and workability of asphalt mixture will be weakened for the excessive basalt fiber.
