摘 要:为研究复杂构造双壁钢围堰异形刃脚的吊装及变形计算,采用有限元软件MSC.Marc及ADINA,利用三维有限元方法,分别介绍了异形刃脚双壁钢围堰的吊装、考虑围堰与河床可相对位移状态下的围堰整体位移及围堰内部构件内力计算的原理、简化思路及计算方法。并以重庆江津观音岩长江大桥双壁钢围堰为例,介绍了上述内容的具体应用方法。通过计算选取并优化了钢围堰异形刃脚吊装的方案。当围堰无法提供足够的嵌固深度时,有必要利用有限元软件提供的接触分析功能进行整体位移计算,以确定围堰的整体稳定性及位移量。For calculation of hoisting and displacement of special-shaped foot blade of complicated dual-wall steel cofferdam, by using finite element softwares MSC. Marc and ADINA, the hoisting of dual-wall steel cofferdam with special-shaped foot blade, and the calculation principle, simplified thinking and calculation method of integral displacement of cofferdam and the component inner force of cofferdam were introduced under the condition of relative displacement between cofferdam and river bed and river bed. The dual-wall steel cofferdam of Jiangjin Guanyinyan Yangtze River Bridge was employed as a sample to introduce the application of the presented method. The hoisting scheme of special-shaped foot blade of dual-wall steel cofferdam was selected and optimized by calculation. When there is not enough embedded depth, it is necessary to use the contact analysis function of the softwares to compute integral displacement to ensure the integral stability and computed integral displacement of the cofferdam.
