摘  要:[目的]建立环酰菌胺在黄瓜与西葫芦中的残留分析方法。[方法]样品用乙腈匀浆提取,全自动固相萃取仪硅胶柱净化,液相色谱-串联质谱检测。[结果]黄瓜和西葫芦中的添加回收率分别为86.6%~87.2%、89.4%~90.3%,变异系数分别为3.5%~4.3%、5.2%~6.6%,仪器最小检出量为1.0×10-11g,方法最小检出质量分数为0.05 mg/kg。[结论]该方法简单可靠,符合农药残留分析要求,可用于黄瓜和西葫芦中环酰菌胺的残留检测。It was to establish an analytical method for determining fenhexamid residues in cucumber and pumpkin.[Methods] Fenhexamid residues in cucumber and pumpkin were extracted by acetonitrile,cleaned up with silica gel cartridge chromatographic column,and determined by LC-MS/MS.[Results] The average recoveries in cucumber and pumpkin were 86.6-87.2%,89.4-90.3%,and the coefficient of variation were 3.5-4.3%,5.2-6.6% respectively.The limit of detection of fenhexamid was 1.0×10-11 g,the limit of quantification was 0.05 mg/kg.[Conclusions] The method was simple and reliable,and accorded with pesticide residues analysis requests,it could be applied for determining fenhexamid residues in cucumber and pumpkin.
