摘 要:为了选择适合于角蛋白基复合膜的短纤维状增强体,分别对纯膜和以无机晶须及羊毛原纤增强的异质及同质复合膜的损伤和破坏行为进行分析,探讨头端分叉状原纤对复合膜的增强与增韧作用。结合显微镜照片,对其拉伸曲线进行分阶段讨论,结果表明:增强体的力学性质和形态特征对复合膜的破坏过程产生了一定的影响,但复合膜仍以基体的力学性能为主,加入增强体的同时也引入了大量启裂点,对复合膜性能起到劣化作用,但合适性能和形态特征的增强体仍可改善复合膜的性能。In order to select the most suitable short fibril reinforcements for keratin matrix composite membranes, this paper analyzed the break and damage characteristics of the pure keratin membrane, and inorganic whiskers and wool fibrils reinforced heterogeneous and homogeneous keratin composite membranes respectively. Then, the effect of fibrils with bifurcated ends on the reinforcement and toughness of the composite membrane was also explored. The tensile curves were discussed by stages using microscopic photographs. The results indicated that the mechanical properties and morphology of the reinforcements have some effect on the breaking process of the composite membranes. However, the matrix mechanical properties were predominant in the composite membranes. Crack points were introduced accompanied with reinforcements, which can degrade the performance of the composite membranes, but the reinforcements with proper mechanical properties and morphology can still improve the performance of the composite membranes.
