摘  要:为更好地研究分析含木棉织物的服用性能,设计织造了3种织物,第1种为粘胶/涤纶织物,第2种为粘胶/涤纶/木棉织物,在第2种织物的基础上将纬纱改为粘胶/涤纶/木棉/银纤维混纺纱后获得了第3种同时含木棉和银纤维的织物。对这3种织物的服用性能进行测试和对比分析。结果表明:在粘胶/涤纶混纺基础上木棉的混入使用能提高织物保暖、抗紫外线和抗皱性能,也更易积聚电荷,但电荷散逸快;织物的透气性、悬垂性、耐磨性、吸湿性能则有所降低;将纬纱改为粘胶/涤纶/木棉/银纤维混纺纱后所得织物由于银纤维的混入,进一步提高了织物的保暖、抗紫外线和抗静电性能,改善了织物的吸湿性能,耐磨性在镀银层未破坏下的初期也更好,织物的抗折皱性能则是经向有所降低、纬向有所提高,但织物透气性、悬垂性变差。To better designed and made, i. study the wearability of e. , viscose/polyester ( I kapok-containing fabrics, ), viscose/polyester/kapok three kinds of fabric were ( II ) and viscose/polyester/ kapok with the filling substituted by viscose/polyester/kapok/silver fiber blend ( Ⅲ ) which contains both kapok and silver fiber. The wearability of the three fabrics was tested. Comparative analysis showed that addition of kapok fibers into viscose/polyester blend radiation and crease recovery, whereas the air fabric improved the warm retention, anti-ultraviolet permeability, drapability, abrasive resistance and wettability deteriorated. And the fabric was more likely to accumulate charge but with fast charge dissipation. In the case of the fabric ( Ⅲ ), it was found that because of adding silver fiber, the warm retention, anti-ultraviolet radiation, wettability and antistatic properties were further improved. The abrasive resistance was improved at the beginning stage when the silver layer was not destroyed. The crease recovery deteriorated in the warpwise but improved in the weftwise. However, the air permeability and drapability of the fabric deteriorated.
