摘 要:对假单胞菌DA10(CGMCC No.3851)在亚麻粗纱煮练中的应用进行研究。通过试验探讨了发酵液用量、初始pH值、煮练温度和处理时间对细菌煮练的影响。结果表明:当发酵液用量为150 mL,初始pH值为9,煮练温度为40℃,时间为7.5 h左右时,细菌煮练可以获得较好的效果;但细菌煮练的作用较柔和,在细菌煮练前引入预处理可以明显改善细菌煮练效果,提高纤维分裂程度和纤维强度,其中以低浓度碱煮细菌联合煮练的效果为最优。同时,使用扫描电镜对胶质的去除情况进行分析,结果表明:经细菌煮练后的纤维虽获得了分裂但纤维上仍有胶质,而碱煮细菌联合煮练后纤维上的胶质去除较彻底。An investigation of scouring of flax roves with pseudomonas sp DA10(CGMCC No. 3851) was carried out. The effect of dosage of fermentation liquid, initial pH, scouring temperature and treatment time on the scouring were studied. The results indicated that flax roves treated with 150 mL fermentation liquid at 40 ℃ and pH 9 for about 7.5 h could gain satisfied result. Due to the mild effect of bacteria scouring, introduction of pretreatments into the process can greatly improve bacteria scouring effect with enhanced fiber splitting and fiber strength, in particular, when the low-concentration alkali-bacteria combination system is used. SEM examination indicated that flax roves treated by bacteria scouring achieved fiber splitting, but with gummy residuals on the fibers, while the fibers treated by the alkali- bacteria combination scouring system exhibited a complete removal of gummy materials.
