摘  要:研究二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵/丙烯酰胺共聚物(PDMDAAC/AM)整理涤纶织物的抗静电性能,采用烘干和焙烘2种工艺对涤纶织物进行整理,测定整理前后织物的静电峰值电压、半衰期以及水洗20次的抗静电耐久性,运用接触角测试仪、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱表征整理前后涤纶织物的亲水性、表面形貌和表面组分变化。结果表明,附着在涤纶织物表面的PDMDAAC/AM能赋予涤纶织物良好的抗静电性能及耐洗性。经烘干和焙烘2种不同工艺整理后,涤纶织物的抗静电性能和手感有一定的差异,归因于PDMDAAC/AM在高温焙烘下易产生交联作用。Polyester fabrics were finished by p (dimethyldiallylammonium chloride/acrylamide ) (PDMDAAC/AM) copolymer, followed by drying or curing, and the antistatic properties of the finished fabrics were investigated. The peak value, half life of the static voltage and antistatic durability after 20 washing cycles of the polyester fabrics before and after finishing were measured. Contact angle tester, SEM and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were applied to characterize the hydrophilicity, surface morphology and change of surface compositions of the polyester fabrics before and after finishing. The results indicated that PDMDAAC/AM attached on the surface of polyester fabrics imparted good antistatic properties and washing durability to the fabrics. In respect of antistatic properties and hand feeling, there existed some difference between the dried and cured polyester fabrics, which was attributed to the crosslinking of PDMDAAC/AM under high temperature curing.
