摘  要:为对GT421型旋转式电子多臂机做合理的机构动态仿真,对其主传动机构进行合理的简化和分析,通过Pro/E和ADMAS对其提综机构完成建模、装配及动力学仿真,得出机构中各构件运动规律及动态受力情况。对花键轴和摇臂的相对停顿时间做理论分析和计算,校核主传动机构模型,从静力学设计角度对机构中关键易损构件做强度分析。为进一步考虑速度对机构运动及构件受力的影响,对初输入圆盘做了3种典型速度下的机构仿真分析。In order to conduct a reasonable dynamic simulation of the mechanism of GT421 rotary electronic dobby, firstly it needs a reasonable simplification and analysis of the main drive mechanism, and then completes the modeling, assembly and dynamic simulation of the heald lifting mechanism by Pro/E and ADMAS, and finally obtains the movement rule of each component in the mechanism and the dynamic force acting on them. It makes a theoretical analysis and calculation of the relative pause time between the spline shaft and the rocker arm, checks the main transmission mechanism model, and analyzes the strength of the key vulnerable components of the mechanism based on the statics design. Furthermore considering the impact of the speed on the mechanisms motion and the component' stress, it also makes the mechanism simulation of the input disc at three typical speeds.
