兰州大尾羊尾部脂肪细胞发育性变化研究

摘　　要：为了研究兰州大尾羊尾部脂肪组织的发育变化,运用显微成像处理系统中的Measure distance功能,测定样品的脂肪细胞形态学参数。结果表明,兰州大尾羊尾部脂肪细胞大小随生长发育呈现持续增加的趋势。说明兰州大尾羊尾部脂肪的沉积以脂肪细胞增大为主要方式。To investigate the development changes of tail adipose tissue in Lanzhou fat-tailed sheep, morphological parameters of adiposities were measured by using Measure distance function of the microscopic imaging processing system. The results showed that the size of tail adipose cells increased with the growth of the sheep. It was concluded that the size increase of the tail adi- posities was the main way of fat deposition in Lanzhou fat-tailed sheep.
