摘 要:根据403只祁连山高寒牧区无角陶赛特羊与甘肃高山细毛羊杂交一代(简称陶甘F1)羔羊体重生长数据,采用Gompertz模型、Logistic模型拟合了陶甘F1公母羔的早期生长发育过程。结果表明:Gompertz和Lo-gistic都能拟合陶甘F1公母羔的生长曲线,但Gompertz模型的拟合度(R2=0.994 6,0.974 8)高于Logistic(R2=0.994 5,0.969 4)。在当地放牧饲养条件下,陶甘F1公、母羔的拐点体重分别为14.82、13.79 kg;拐点日龄公羔(94d)比母羔(106 d)提前12 d;最大日增重分别为139.16 g、118.26 g。说明陶甘F1公羔早期生长强度大于母羔。In this study ,the body weight of 403 lambs (Poll Dorset ♂× Gansu Alpine Merino ♀ , hereinafter called as DGF1 )in alpine pastoral area of Qilian Mountain, were used to study its growth curve by fitting of Gompertz and Logistic models.Results showed that the two equation both could fit the growth curves of DGG (P〈0.01), but the fitting degree (R2) of Gompertz (R2= 0.994 6,0.974 8 )was greater than that of Logistic (R2=0.994 5,0.969 4).Under the local grazing condition, the inflection weight of male lambs and female lambs of DGG were 14.82 and 13.79 kg respectively;the inflection point of male iambs (94 d) was 12 days earlier than that of female lambs (106 d);the maximum daily gain were 139.16 and 118.26 g respectively. It means that DGF1 early growth rate in male lamb is higher than that in female lamb.
