摘 要:选用禽源干扰素、黄芪多糖、人参皂苷、禽用抗菌肽、蜂灵散和植物血细胞凝集素分别按常用剂量单一及两两组合在接种疫苗前后3d连续喂服3次,对14d首免(0.3mL/只)、21d二免(0.6mL/只)禽流感H5亚型疫苗的白鸭进行免疫促进试验。结果显示,各免疫组雏鸭H5AI HI抗体于第6周龄达到峰值,单独作用组分别为8.0log2、7.3log2、7.73log2、9.0log2、9.18log2、9.0log2,免疫对照组为7.75log2。两两组合作用组抗体在6~7周龄达到峰值的7.3log2~9.6log2,其中干扰素+蜂灵散组、干扰素+黄芪多糖组、人参皂苷+抗菌肽组抗体峰值比单用组高1log2~2log2,高于免疫对照组峰值近2个滴度(9.64∶7.75)。试验结果表明,单一促免试验,以蜂灵散、抗菌肽、血凝素三种免疫促进效果最好,高于免疫对照组1个滴度以上。组合免促,以干扰素+蜂灵散效果最好,植物血凝素、蜂灵散单一免促组与之相近。试验初步筛选出了效果较为明显的雏鸭禽流感疫苗免疫促进剂,为以后的进一步研究及应用奠定了基础。Avian interferon, radix astragali polysaccharide solution, ginseng extract, avian antibacte- rial peptide, Fenglingshan,and PHA were used as candidates for immune enhancing agent. Thirteen-dayold ducklings were randomly assigned,into 17 groups with 11 ducklings per group. Group1 to 15 was inoculated with 0.3 mL, 0.6 mL, and 0.6 mL subcutaneously per bird with avian influenza vaccine H5 subtype at 14, 21, and 28 day of age, respectively. The sera of each group were collected and titrated for specific antibody of avian influenza H5 subtype every week post the first inoculation. The results showed that the antibody titres were boosted rapidly, and peaked at 6-week-old; Regarding to antibody levels, Fenglingshan, avian antibacterial peptide or PHA group was better than other group with 1 antibody titre higher, and avian interferon combined with Fenglingshan group was the best among other combination groups. This study screened better immune enhancement agent for Cherry Valley broiling ducks, and provided val- uable information for further application.
