摘 要:采用稀土偶联剂(DN-9311)对硫酸钙晶须(CSW)进行表面改性,然后采用母粒法将改性CSW与线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)混合、吹膜。利用电子万能试验机和光电雾度仪,研究了DN-9311对CSW的改性效果以及改性CSW填充量对复合薄膜的力学性能和光学性能的影响。结果表明:改性CSW在复合薄膜中的填充质量分数为4%时,其撕裂强度和拉伸强度最大,分别较纯LLDPE薄膜增加了39.5%和42.5%,并且复合薄膜的雾度仍在20%以下,透光率只较纯LLDPE薄膜的透光率下降约1%。Calcium sulfate whisker(CSW) was modified with rare-earth coupling agent (DN-9311). And the modified CSW was blended with linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) by masterbatch processing to blow CSW/LLDPE composite film. Modification effect of DN-9311 on CSW, and the effects of modified CSW content on the mechanical and optical properties of composite film were studied by electronics universal testing machine and photoelectric fog instrument. The results show that the tensile strength and the tear strength of the composite film with 4% modified CSW are increased by 39.5%, 42.5% ,respectively, compared with those of LLDPE film. As the same time, the fog of the composite film is still below 20%,and the transimission rate of composite film is reduced by about 1% compared with that of LLDPE film.
