摘  要:以三聚氯氰、乙醇胺和乙二胺为原料,通过分子设计合成新型三嗪类大分子成炭剂(TBM),并将其与聚磷酸铵(APP)复配,用于阻燃聚丙烯(PP)。研究了APP/TBM的质量比对PP阻燃性能、热稳定性能和耐水性能的影响。结果表明,APP/TBM对PP具有良好的阻燃作用。当APP和TBM的总质量分数为25%、质量比为2∶1时,PP/APP/TBM的极限氧指数达到32.5%,且达到UL-94 V-0级;同时,经耐水测试后仍能达到UL-94 V-0级。A novel triazine-based macromolecule charring agent (TBM) was designed and synthesized by using cyanuric chloride, diethanolamine and ethylenediamine. Com- pound of ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and TBM was used for the preparation of flame-retardant polypropylene (PP). The effects of APP/TBM mass ratio on the flame retardancy, thermal stability and water resistance of PP were studied. The results show that APP/TBM is very effective in improving the flame retardancy of PP. When the content of APP and TBM is 25%,and the mass ratio of APP to TBM is 2 : 1, the LOI of PP/APP/TBM is 32.5% and PP/APP/TBM reaches UL-94 V-0 rating. Meanwhile, PP/APP/TBM reaches UL-94 V-0 rating after water resist test.
