腹腔镜在腹部多脏器联合手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜在腹部联合脏器手术中的应用价值。方法回顾分析我科54例腹腔镜下行脏器联合手术,其中胆囊切除+阑尾切除12例;胆囊切除+腹股沟斜疝修补3例;胆囊切除+肝囊肿开窗18例;胆囊切除+肾囊肿开窗9例;肝囊肿+肾囊肿开窗6;胆囊切除+胃间质瘤胃部分切除1例;胆囊切除+卵巢囊肿刎除5例。结果全部手术成功,无中转开腹,无明显后遗症。住院4-7d,平均5.5d。结论腹腔镜腹部联合脏器切除术安全、微创、经济,减少住院时间,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the value of combined laparoscopic resectiom in abdmomen benign diseases. Methods The experiences of 54 cases treated by combination of operation with laparoscope were summarized and analyzed, among them, 12 patients were treated with cholecystetomy under laparoscope and appendectomy, 3 cholecystetomy under laparoscope and hernia repair, 18 cases cholecystetomy under laparoscope and hepatic cyst fenestration, 9 cases cholecystetomy under laparoscope and renal cyst fenestration,6 cases hepatic cyst fenestration and renal cyst fenestration, 1 case cholecystetomy and gastric stromal tumor resection, 5 cases cholecystetomy and ovarian cyst resection. Results All success, without conversions to open, no obvious sequel. 4-7 days in hospital, an average of 5.5 days. Conclusion Laparoseopic abdominal multiviseeral resection for minimally invasive, economic security, and reduce hospital stay, worth promoting.
