高效能轻集料混凝土的研制与应用

摘　　要：研制了一种强度大于20 MPa,表观密度小于1 400 kg/m3,导热系数小于0.30 W(/m.K)的高效能轻集料混凝土(High EfficientLight Concrete,简称HELC),可用于多层砌体结构和别墅的圈梁、构造柱和砌体,减少了外墙保温的施工环节,降低了成本,消除了冷、热桥处理的难题,外墙平均传热系数Km<1.5,满足JGJ 134—2010《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》的节能要求。A new high-performance lightweight aggregate concrete （HELC） which strength is greater than 20 MPa,which apparent density is less than 1400 kg/m3 and which thermal conductivity is less than 0.30 W/（ m. K ） was dwdoped.HELC can be used for ring beam and construction eolunm of multi-story masonry structure and villas,which reduces the whole cost of construction and deletes some construction steps of external insulation such as eliminating the problem ofheat （cold） bridges, Using HELC,the mean overall heat transfer coefficient is less than 1.5 i.eKm〈 1.5,meeting the energy-sav- ing specification defined in the ＂Design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone （ JGJ 134--2010 ）＂.
