回弹法检测绿色预拌混凝土测强曲线研究

摘　　要：据工程实体与大型试验模型上获取的数据,研建回弹法检测泵送混凝土测强曲线,给出回弹法水平向检测混凝土侧面以及向上或向下检测混凝土浇筑底面或表面的曲线方程,同时比较了新旧回弹法规程测强曲线的变化趋势;为建立现浇楼板构件与回弹法水平向检测泵送混凝土浇筑侧面的联系,给出现浇楼板两种特定状态下的回弹值角度修正、浇筑面修正公式。研究成果可供工程质量检测鉴定参考。According to the data got from the engineering entity and large-scale test model, the author writes this paper to study pumping concrete strength curve of rebound method testing, give the curve equation of rebound method for the horizontal test of concrete side and upward or downward detection of concrete pouring underside or surface.At the same time, the change trend of the old and new rules of rebound method and the comparison can also be seen in the introduction.In order to set up the connection between the cast-in-place floor units and the rebound method for the horizontal test of pumping concrete pouring side,the author gives rebound value angle correction and pouring surface correction formulas of the cast-in-place floor units under two particular states.The results of this paper can be used as a reference for the project quality detection and identification.
