摘 要:目的分析多酶清洗剂清洗可重复使用器械的问题,并探讨其清洗效果。方法通过总结以往清洗过程中出现的问题并制定改进方案,将重复使用器械随机分为对照组(常规清水清洗法)和研究组(加酶清洗法),并采用目测清洁度和隐血实验来评价清洗效果。结果 (1)多酶清洗剂使用中的主要问题集中在温度、方式、配置后的使用时间;(2)研究组的目测洁净件数多于对照组(P<0.01);目测不净、隐血实验阳性件数少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在合理控制使用条件下,多酶清洗剂清洗可重复使用器械的效果较好。Objective To explore the problems and cleaning effect of multi-enzyme cleaning agent on reusable equipment. Methods Problems in the previous cleaning process were sum up and proposal was made for improvements. Reusable equipments were randomly divided into control group (regular clean water method) and research groups (enzyme cleaning method), and then visual cleanliness and occult blood experiments were carried out to evaluate the cleaning effect. Results (1) The major problems were temperature, mode and the time after configuration; (2) The visual cleanliness of research group were more than the control group (P〈0.01); visually unclean, occult blood test positive number were less than the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The multi-enzyme cleaning agent is effective in cleaning reusable instruments under reasonable conditions.
