手术室护理中舒适护理的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在手术室护理中的应用方式和效果。方法将296例手术患者随机分为两组,对照组146例进行常规护理,实验组150例增加全面系统的舒适护理干预措施,比较两组患者生理、心理改善状况及满意度。结果实验组患者紧张度缓解、血压、心率变化,患者对手术室护理工作的信任度和满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理缓解了患者的应激反应,增强了患者的耐受力,不仅有利于提高手术成功率,也强化了"以人为本"的现代整体护理理念。Objective To investigate the methods and effects of the comfortable care in the operating room. Methods 296 cases of surgical patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group of 146 cases of routine care, the experimental group of 150 cases a comprehensive system of care interventions. To compare two groups of patients with physical, psychological improve the situation and satisfaction. Results The experimental group patients are better than the control group in the tension eased, blood pressure and heart rate changes, and the trust and satisfaction to the nurse （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable care could not only ease the stress response in patients and enhance tolerance ,but also help to improve the success rate of surgery and strengthen the ＂people-oriented＂ concept of holistic nursing.
