摘  要:目的观察赤芍、炒白芍、丹参、三七、地榆、黄芪和白芷七种中药对酒精致损伤的PC12细胞的保护作用。方法用不同浓度的药物分别作用于贴壁的PC12细胞2 h后,加入终浓度达800 mmol/L的酒精,继续作用24 h。采用MTT法检测不同浓度的中药对酒精致损伤的PC12细胞增殖的影响。结果加入赤芍(2.0~10.0 mg/ml)、地榆(0.125~14.0μg/ml)和丹参(8.0~20.0μg/ml)后细胞增殖率显著高于单纯酒精处理的PC12细胞(P<0.01);其中赤芍浓度在10 mg/ml、地榆浓度在2μg/ml、丹参浓度在14μg/ml时对细胞的保护作用最强,其余中药对酒精致损伤的PC12没有明显保护作用。结论赤芍、地榆和丹参能有效的保护酒精所致损伤的PC12细胞。Objective To observe the protective effect of Radix Paeoniae Rubra,stir-baked Radix Paeoniae Alba,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Panax Notoginseng,Sanguisorba Officinalis,Radix Astragali,and Angelica Dahurica on ethanol-induced injury in pheochromocytoma(PC12) cells.MethodsDifferent doses of China traditional medicine were added to cultivate PC12 cells,and 2h later,ethanol 800 mmol/L was added and then coincubated for 24 h.The cell viability was assessed by MTT assay.Results Compared with the group treated by ethanol alone,the survival rates of Radix Paeoniae Rubra treated group(2.0-10.0 mg/ml),Sanguisorba Officinalis treated group(0.125-14.0 μg /mL) and Salvia Miltiorrhiza treated group(8.0-20.0μg /ml) was significantly higher,respectively(P〈0.01).Among these traditional Chinese medicines,10 mg/ml Radix Paeoniae Rubra,2 μg /ml Salvia Miltiorrhiza and 14 μg /ml of Sanguisorba Officinalis showed the most potent protective effects to ethanol-induced injury in PC12 cells.Stir-Baked Radix Paeoniae Alba,Panax Notoginseng,Radix Astragali and Angelica Dahurica did not show protective effects to ethanol-induced injury in PC12 cells.Conclusion Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Sanguisorba Officinalis and Salvia Miltiorrhiza have the effective protection against ethanol-induced injury in PC12 cells.
