摘 要:目的对比测定川贝母及不同产地贝母中β-D-葡萄糖4-1β-D-半乳糖和蔗糖的含量。方法采用硅胶柱层析从川贝母中分离β-D-葡萄糖4-1β-D-半乳糖和蔗糖,并鉴定结构,然后采用HPLC-ELSD分析包括川贝母在内的不同产地贝母中两个二糖的含量。结果川贝母中蔗糖含量是β-D-葡萄糖4-1β-D-半乳糖的4倍,伊犁贝母和平贝母两种药材中,两个二糖的含量较为接近,而在浙贝母和湖北贝母中,β-D-葡萄糖4-1β-D-半乳糖的含量显著高于蔗糖的含量。结论不同产地贝母中的β-D-葡萄糖4-1β-D-半乳糖和蔗糖含量比例具有各自的特征,川贝母的成分特征在于其高含量的蔗糖。Objective To comparatively investigate β-D-glu4-1β-D-gal and sucrose contents of different fritillarias. Methods Pure β-D-glu4-1β-D-gal and sucrose were isolated from Fritillaria Cirrhosa D.Don by gel column chromatography.Then,with the aid of HPLC-ELSD,determination of β-D-glu 4-1β-D-gal and sucrose of different Fritillarias were measured. Results HPLC determination indicated that β-D-glu4-1β-D-gal and sucrose contents were significantly different among all herbs.Fritillaria Cirrhosa D.Don features high ratio of sucrose to β-D-glu 4-1β-D-gal.In the case of Fritillaria pallidiflora Schreb and Fritillaria.ussuriensis maxim contents of two disaccharides were relatively equal.However,Fritillaria thunbergii Miq and Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K.C.Hsia feature high ratio of β-D-glu 4-1β-D-gal to sucrose. Conclusion Fritillarias of different cultivars contain various contents of β-D-glu4-1β-D-gal and sucrose which are of characteristic.
